Salam in a previous episode we talked about my eating habits. Today we are going to talk about what my fitness options are as a 46 year old who has a bad back and hasn’t done any strenuous exercise in the last several years because of it.
I am very concerned about re-injuring my back because that could have me held up in bed for days, weeks, even months. So we need to be careful there. I know you have a couple of questions for me before throwing me into an exercise routine. So let’s talk about that now.
